A landmark in Ruidoso, NM, and I don't know the story behind the bike. But we don't often see a bike in the snow.

If you want bikes in the snow, you could visit Canada. Here in Ottawa, winter is full on snow for at least 3 solid months and we seem to have a good population of year-round cyclists. (nit-picking time: that be a ''trike'')
